Neptune Lighting
PRIVACY POLICY.
Last updated October 4, 2026
Neptune Lighting, a division/service of Neptune Marine Group LLC, respects the privacy of visitors to neptunelights.com. This policy describes information collected through this website and how it is used.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or complimentary lighting design, we collect the details you submit, which may include your name, phone number, email, town and state, dock dimensions, lighting goals, photographs, and message. When you submit a product order request, we collect your name, phone number, email, town and state, fulfillment preference, notes, and the products you selected. Please do not upload sensitive information or photographs of people without their permission.
How we use your information
We use your information to review your waterfront, prepare recommendations and quotes, respond to your inquiry, coordinate potential work, and provide requested service. Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to contact you about that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.
Form processing and service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify. Design and quote inquiries, including any uploaded photographs, are processed by Formspree and delivered to our team by email. Product order requests are processed and stored using Netlify Forms. Authorized team members and service providers may access information as needed to process inquiries, operate the website, and deliver services. We do not sell your inquiry information.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use a preference cookie to remember your cookie choice for up to six months. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it persists between pages; it contains only product codes and quantities, never your contact details, and you can clear it by emptying the cart. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel integrations, when configured, load only after you accept optional cookies. They may collect technical information, browsing activity, and cookie identifiers to help measure website and campaign performance. We do not intentionally send the contents of your inquiry or uploaded photos to those integrations.
You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using the inquiry form. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Your previous consent may have allowed processing before you changed your preference.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and project materials as needed to respond, manage related work, and maintain appropriate business records. We take reasonable steps to limit access, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use our contact form and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may need to be retained for business or legal reasons. Please do not submit sensitive documents through the form.
External websites and children
External websites have their own privacy practices. Our services and inquiry form are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or services change. The revision date appears at the top of this page. For privacy questions, contact Neptune Marine Group LLC through the website inquiry form.
